ReplyDeleteWhy is it that the beach holds such fascination? It's a place of calm for me... even during a storm once I found that it helped me put my priorities in place. But of course, crowded beaches never interested me... only empty secluded ones.

I love to have the house open in summer. But soon, the breeze will be hot. And it will be necessary to close up ~sigh~ and turn on A/C wall units.
A cool meal is planned.

Same here and 99 predicted for tomorrow. Did take a quick walk to get iced coffee and then spent the afternoon and tonight reading and blogging. Staying in tomorrow too. Keep cool!

ReplyDeleteA hundred degreees today, and every pool is closed and most parks with water. I'm whining. At least in Texas there will be water near me and I can drive to the beach post covid.
