Chin Hairs?

I saw this graphic and had such a chuckle!!

Man, can I relate. My kids are all gray or getting gray in a hurry. A couple of the daughters color their hair. They'll get over that too one of these days.

But, this made me think about something else.
You younger girls won't know what I'm talking about but my older blogger buddies will.
Remember when we shaved our legs every day, underarms too.
And, one day suddenly there's no hair to shave.
What happened?
I threw my razor away and was celebrating the fact that I no longer had to put up with that chore.
When.......
There's a whisker on my chin, then another and pretty soon it's a full blown hair waving in the wind.
Razor time again.
Durn it!
That's what happens when you put a few years under your belt.

  1. PS - my husband says those things show that God has a sense of humor. In his case he said he has no hair on top of his head, but he finds it in his ears and nose. :)

  2. I get those wild hairs on my chin, and I pluck them. It used to be once every year or so; now they come back faster. I remember my Grandma used to have whiskers or bristles that I could feel when she kissed me. It happens to all of us.

  3. I'm low on eye lashes so I gave up on mascara. I see a long hair on my chin once in awhile but the long ones appear in my eye brows. Still have the razor for under arms but not legs.

  4. Okay, this is good! I've noticed the hair on my legs and underarms isn't really growing anymore. Glad to know I'm not alone and that it's part of aging. A part I don't mind at all! But oh yes, the face is a whole other story. I recently bought one of those 'women's razors' for your face that looks like a tube of lipstick. I'm using it more and more! And so is Beth! It's crazy how fast that facial hair is growing.
